History and Background:

Craig Helgerson is an industry veteran and has been involved with starting, growing, running, selling, and merging businesses of which two became dominant  within their respective global niche markets.

He eventually chose to segue into consulting and M&A of small businesses (less than $5,000,000 in value).

He quickly found that business acquisitions had hundreds of moving parts being contributed by anywhere from 18 to 30 different individuals.

Each of these contributions were being assessed and analyzed within their own isolated systems with little knowledge of how their contributions and needs impacted the needs of all the others.

Craig quickly saw a need to bring these isolated, dissimilar, and often conflicting influences into a single integrated platform where deal structure, negotiations, and funding could be open and explained to all parties.

Consequently, he has methodically built a proprietary program where every participant provides their contribution in order to create a transaction where everyone’s needs are meet and understood by all.

Access to this platform is free for all participants; however, initially training is required in order to grasp the many attributes of a business acquisition that one is to be aware of in order to gain a fresh holistic view of this extremely complex process.
